Applied Science announces significant growth in new device sales, renewals and global expansion
Over 25,000 units shipped and three new markets opened.
Grass Valley, Calif., August 24, 2026 , Applied Science, Inc. (ASI), a leader in whole blood collection workflow automation, optimization, and analytics, today announced significant growth as it surpassed 25,000 units shipped and opened three new international markets.
Device shipments cross 25,000
ASI crossed the 25,000-device threshold for its next-generation, rugged and highly portable HemoFlow 400/500 mixer family. The HemoFlow 400, first with HemoVue cloud-enabled wireless data connectivity and workflow automation, continues to be the workhorse of the industry, with sales revenue up 15% this year compared to the same time last year.
Global expansion
Applied Science continues its global expansion with new distributor agreements in Türkiye (Girgin), Peru (Meditronic), and Mexico (Innova), extending its footprint to more than 30 countries. The agreements establish experienced commercial partners in Latin America and Europe, the regions offering the greatest untapped growth potential for the company's blood collection and management solutions.
