From the Applied Science Innovation Lab in Grass Valley, we ran a voice AI pilot with Western Sierra Medical Clinic, testing agentic technology on a sensitive health topic in a diverse rural community. The pilot targeted colorectal cancer screening outreach, not blood donation.
